Inside Our Facilities

Factory Operations Overview

Our manufacturing facilities operate dedicated production zones for bags, packaging, and garments, with separate stitching, printing, finishing, and inspection workflows.

Production Mechanics

Manufacturing Methods
(Know the Terms Before You Order)

Non-Woven Ultrasonic Production

1) Non-Woven PP Manufacturing (High-Volume Retail)

Non-woven polypropylene is made from thermally bonded fibers (not woven threads). The advantage is speed, consistency, and low unit cost at scale.

Common manufacturing terms

Ultrasonic sealing
Heat-fused seams with automated production speed.
Stitched seams
Thread stitching for higher durability (piping often added).
Bartack reinforcement
Dense stitches at handle stress points to prevent tearing.
Box X-stitch
Reinforcement pattern often used for heavy-load tote handles.
Gusset
Side/bottom fold that adds carrying capacity and stand-up structure.
Best for: Checkout programs, event distribution, compliance bags.
BOPP Laminated Production

2) PP Woven + BOPP Lamination (Premium Retail Finish)

This is where bags start feeling like “IKEA grade” or premium shopping bags. Structural strength meets photo-quality print.

Common terms

PP woven fabric
Woven strands for maximum tensile strength.
BOPP lamination
Glossy film layer for water resistance + premium print surface.
Rotogravure printing
Photo-quality prints (best for gradients + full coverage).
Matte vs Gloss
Finishing that changes perceived “luxury” and hand-feel.
Best for: Premium retail, specialty grocery, heavy carry loads.
Canvas Stitching Detail

3) Canvas Tote Bag Manufacturing (Cut + Sew)

Canvas is a textile product—your “quality” is determined by stitching, reinforcement, and fabric weight.

Common terms

oz (ounces) weight
10oz = lighter, 16–24oz = heavyweight premium.
Overlock stitching
Seam finishing to prevent fraying inside the bag.
Webbing handles
Woven cotton/poly straps that last longer under heavy loads.
Top hem / binding
Cleaner finishing and durability at opening.
Best for: Boutique retail, corporate gifting, brand elevation.
Apparel Manufacturing

4) Jackets / Outerwear Manufacturing (Cut & Sew + Trims)

Outerwear success is about construction + fit + trims (not just fabric).

Common terms

Cut & Sew (CMT)
Cut, Make, Trim (standard garment manufacturing flow).
Tech pack
The blueprint for your style (measurements, seams, materials).
GSM / Denier
Fabric weight (fleece) or thread strength (nylon shells).
Zippers + Trims
YKK vs standard, cord pulls, snaps, binding tape.
Best for: Uniforms, branded apparel drops, team jackets.

Quality Control (QC) That Protects Your Reorder Cycle

The fastest way to lose a retail program is failed handles, inconsistent GSM, or bad print registration. We QC what actually causes returns.

Material verification (GSM / thickness consistency)
Seam integrity testing (ultrasonic vs stitched performance)
Handle reinforcement checks (bartack + stress point failure prevention)
Print quality control (color consistency + alignment + curing/adhesion)
Packing inspection (carton count, labeling, and shipment consistency)

Factory-direct control means your spec stays stable across reorders—not ‘similar’ from batch to batch.
